On Line Eta

The OLETA chapter welcomed Melissa into the chapter.  She already had a pledge ritual and is training now with Karen H.

Karen from Canada enjoyed her stay in Texas on the Riverwalk.

Greta moved and is hopefully comfortable in her new digs.

Amy made an appearance before taking off for summer fun with her boys.

Donna gave a nice program on June 14th Flag Day.

Our chapter is on summer break, so we have little to report.

Happy 4th and Canada Day!

On June 4 11 OLB members & 2 spouses met in Pigeon Forge, TN for a few days.  We all had a great time visiting Dollywood, the Titanic Museum, Cade's Cove in the Smokies, did some hiking, Wine & Moonshine tours, good food & the best part-- lots of visiting.  It was great to see those we have met before and meet some sisters we had never met face to face.

On Fri, most of the group moved to a hotel in Gatlinburg where the TN state convention was being hosted by Knoxville in Gatlinburg.   We started the weekend with lunch at a tea room with our sister & International President of the Executive council Laura Wingfield as well as

sisters from New Orleans, Nashville & Crossville land chapters.

The TN conv ended on Sunday with many making plans to attend the 2019 TN State  convention "Lost In A Book" in Nashville and another gathering

Our July meeting was in progress during the Cyber Council meeting. Highlights: OLB welcomed one new member! A 2nd Vice President for the Executive Board vacancy position was approved.  We also have a new Parlimentarian. A new budget was presented. Service projects for Random Acts of Kindness were shared. Recipes, such as Sangria Skirt Steak and Sangria Chicken! Photos of a craft decorating glasses were stunning! We have side groups who meet between meetings- such as Bookworms and Cardmaking.

Sincerely,

Joan Nathan

OLB Sister
