Sharing Reports - May 2004
OLE is currently holding elections. They will conclude at the end of May and our new officers will then be announced. Mitch, our IPP, will leave CC after our new officers are installed.
We continue our colorful programs with Yellow our May color and
questions to answer about sorority. We've told when we pledged, our
first chapter, our favorite chapter events, and with a little help
from Mitch, the theme the year we pledged.
We have had several sisters traveling in the past few months. One
returned to Germany for extended visit with family while others have
taken trips in the US or Canada.

OnLine Lambda
Online Lambda had its first meeting beginning on May 16! We had so much to share that the meeting lasted for five days! The Lambda sisters have selected fairies as their mascot, and adopted "Catching the Stars of
Friendship" as our chapter motto. Members have been emailing and chatting
and getting acquainted, and many of the members have already made their own
personal yearbook pages and distributed them to all the sisters. During our
first meeting we all shared more extensive biographies, plus posted jokes
and short stories, video reviews, and news. We had an overwhelming amount
of participation and the sisters who are not familiar with the online format
are learning quickly!
We have chosen an Interim Sunshine Sister and a Special Sister Keeper, and
have an Interim Moderator and Recording Secretary. A full slate of officers
will be elected at the September meeting. All our members have chosen to
participate in Special Sisters and we look forward to receiving our
adssignments for the chapter year this week!
The website is almost completed, a few sisters have had a sneak peek and
report that it is awesome!
Chapter by-laws and traditions will be ready to be reviewed and ratified by
our June meeting.
We currently have 23 members, with one pending application. Our membership
cap is 25, which we hope to reach by our June meeting. We have sisters from
California, Washington, Idaho, Texas, Arkansas,Ohio, Florida, and Michigan.
Thank you for allowing us to be a part of the Cyber Council, we look forward
to participating!
