You are responsible for:

	Assuming the duties of the President in her absence or disability
	Assuming the duties of the Treasurer in her absence
	Giving full cooperation and loyalty to the President
	Fostering and promoting chapter unity at all times
	Serving as Chairman of the Membership Committee
	Coordinating rushing events for your chapter
	Serving as "Hostess" for your chapter, extending the traditional courtesies to members and guests alike
	Introducing Beta Sigma Phi to your prospective members
	Extending the invitation to join Beta Sigma Phi
	Completing the Pledge Agreement, collecting her initial fee payment and forwarding all to the International Office
	Collecting supplies and preparing the various Degree Rituals for your chapter
	Coordinating Pledge Training (if your chapter assigns that duty to the Vice President)
	Contacting transferees in the area (info received via city council)
