1.) This form is for the purpose of submitting your webpage, chapter webpage, council webpage, requests for online chapter information/council contact.

This is also a submission form to receive the monthly E-mail Editions of the Beta Journal, please keep your E-mail address current with us.

Please note: individual E-mail links will no longer be posted online on individual linking pages A-Z. These pages will eventually be taken down. Chapter and council pages will still be linked.

2.) If you would like to have your webpage linked/updated, please complete the form below and submit it.

3.) Try to not use all upper case or capital letters when typing in your text in the form below.

4.) If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to include them. Remember, if you make a mistake click on the "reset" button to start again.

5.) If you are using a work E-mail account to fill out this form, and they do not allow personal E-mail in the office; please do not use it to fill out this form. If you have a personal account, use that address. Thank you!

6.) The Beta Journal E-Editions go out six (6) times annually at month's end. Expect them on or near these dates - Dec 31st, Feb. 28th, April 30th, June 30th, August 31st, Oct. 31st. The editions will go online in Adobe PDF format and can no longer be sent by E-mail due to the high volume of bounces back due to spam blockers on AOL, Earthlink and other ISP's
